16 hour venue rental (8am-midnight)
Friday - $1600
Saturday - $1900
Sunday - $1300
What's included:
- Tables and chairs for up to 160 guests including all floor length linens, runners, centerpieces, napkins and charger plates
- Cake table
- Cocktail tables
- Up to 10 rectangle tables (8') with linens
- Two backdrops
- Use of any of our house centerpieces
- Access to two dressing rooms
- Full use of the kitchen
- Access to gazebo for pictures or ceremony
o PLEASE NOTE - if you wish to have an outdoor ceremony, additional chairs will need to be rented.
We require 50% of the rental rate and a signed contract to secure your date.
We have a REFUNDABLE security deposit that is due no later than 7 days before your event. For weddings, this amount is $250, for other events it is $200. This amount will be refunded within 30 days as long as there are no issues, damage, excessive cleaning, etc.
Lavender Leaf Events has an open vendor policy.
You are welcome to use any caterer you wish.
Our alcohol policy: you can hire a bartender and they can provide us with their Certificate of Insurance -OR- you can purchase a policy through us that allows you to bring in and serve your own alcohol. This policy is $175.

We do all set up and tear down, you are responsible for taking out trash and general clean up.
